Banana Mango Smoothie

No matter what the season is, smoothies always have place in our diet. They make best breakfast option when in hurry plus the goodness of the fruits. For this one, you can chop the fruits and freeze them in freezer to enjoy a nutritious breakfast the next morning.

Do you know Mangoes were first grown in India over 5000 years ago.

Banana Mango Smoothie

  • Vegan | Gluten-Free | Refined Sugar-Free

Prep Time : 5-10 mins

Cook Time : 5 mins

Total Time : 10-15 mins

Yield : 2 servings


1 Ripe Banana

1 Ripe Mango

1 medium Orange

1/4 cup Cashew Milk ( any plant milk )

1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal ( optional )


  • Add all the chopped fruits, milk, flaxseed meal to a blender and blend on high for 3 mins or till desired consistency.

  • Add more liquid if needed. Serve and enjoy!

MEAL PREP : Chop the fruits, place in a ziplock bag or clear jar, store in freezer. Enjoy tasty smoothie whenever needed for 5-6 months. Add milk and flaxseed meal before blending.
