Vegan | Gluten - Free | Refined Sugar - Free

Yield : 4 popsicles
1/4 cup Blackberries
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Coconut Yogurt / any plant yogurt
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Lime Juice
In a blender add, berries, maple syrup, lime juice and coarse blend. Transfer the mix to popsicle mold equally. Freeze for 2 hrs or till completely set.
In a blender add, coconut milk, yogurt, remaining half of maple syrup and blend a sec to mix everything evenly. Transfer the mix to popsicle mold on top of froze berry layer and freeze for 2 hrs or till completely set.
VARIATION : Use your fav berry instead of blackberries. Use sugar in place of maple. Use semi sweetened vanilla soy yogurt for extra taste.
STORAGE : Store in freezer and use for a month.
