Chia Pudding


Chia Seeds - a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids for vegans. vegetarians and also non-vegetarians. So, next time when someone asks you (vegan) where do you get your daily dose of Omega-3 fatty acids, say to them " I have Chia seeds ". And also, two teaspoons of chia seeds daily gives you your daily dose of Omega-3 fatty acid(ALA). So, why not make some delicious recipes with them!

Gluten & Refined Sugar Free



1/2 cup Chia Seeds

3/4 cup Almond Milk (or milk of choice)

Agave (or choice of sweetener)

Grapes, Banana, Almonds (optional)


  • Add chia seeds and almond milk to a bowl and stir them till all chia seeds are mixed with almond milk. 

  • Do not add too much almond milk now, it may not get that gel texture. You can always add later if it is too hard.

  • Cover the bowl and let it be in refrigerator overnight.

  • Next day, add agave or choice of sweetener, add more milk if needed. 

  • Top with fruits and nuts of choice.

  • And its ready to eat!!
