Chia Seeds - a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids for vegans. vegetarians and also non-vegetarians. So, next time when someone asks you (vegan) where do you get your daily dose of Omega-3 fatty acids, say to them " I have Chia seeds ". And also, two teaspoons of chia seeds daily gives you your daily dose of Omega-3 fatty acid(ALA). So, why not make some delicious recipes with them!

Gluten & Refined Sugar Free
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
3/4 cup Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
Agave (or choice of sweetener)
Grapes, Banana, Almonds (optional)
Add chia seeds and almond milk to a bowl and stir them till all chia seeds are mixed with almond milk.
Do not add too much almond milk now, it may not get that gel texture. You can always add later if it is too hard.
Cover the bowl and let it be in refrigerator overnight.
Next day, add agave or choice of sweetener, add more milk if needed.
Top with fruits and nuts of choice.
And its ready to eat!!
