Chocolate Donuts

  • Vegan 

Prep Time : 15 mins

Cook Time : 15 mins

Total Time : 30 mins

Yield : 6 Donuts


1 cup All Purpose Flour or Gluten-free Flour

1/2 cup Sugar

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 cup Cacao Powder

2 tbsp Coconut Oil

1/2 cup Coconut Milk

1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal

for frosting,

1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

2 tbsp Peanut Butter

2 tbsp Chopped Nuts


  • Add dry ingredients & wet ingredients in separate bowls and mix together gradually. Mix well and transfer to donut baking tray, add mix to 3/4 of the donut tray.

  • Bake at 350 F for 15 mins and let cool down before applying frosting.

  • For frosting, melt dark chocolate chips and dip each donut into chocolate syrup. Place on parchment paper and let sit for 5 mins. 

  • Drizzle peanut butter and add nuts if needed!

VARIATION : Use oat flour or Almond flour in place of Plain flour for gluten-free version.

STORAGE : Store in refrigerator for 3-4 days and heat in microwave before serve.
