No-Bake Chocolate Tart

Vegan | Gluten-Free

  • 1/2 cup Almond Meal

  • 3 tbsp Cacao Powder

  • 4 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 1/4 cup Dried Coconut Flour

  • Pinch of Salt


  • Add all base ingredients to a food processor and coarse blend ( till the mixture holds the shape ). 

  • Transfer the mix to mini tart pans or single large tart pan and press mixture tight to pan. Place in refrigerator for 30 mins, in mean time prepare the filling.

  • For the filling, add chocolate chips & coconut oil to a bowl and microwave for 30 sec ( don't over cook, chocolate may burn ). Mix well  with a spoon or whisk before mixture cools down, you will get ganache texture.

  • Add the filling to prepared tart base and add fruits & nuts as toppings!
