Coconut Panna Cotta

Vegan | Gluten-Free

Yield : 4 - 5 servings

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Coconut Milk

1/2 cup Coconut Cream

1/4 cup Sugar or Maple Syrup

2 tsp Agar Agar

1 tsp Vanilla Extract 

PROCESS

  • Add all ingredients except agar agar in a pan and bring to boil. 

  • Reduce flame to low, add agar agar and mix well. Turn heat off and let cool for 15 seconds.

  • Transfer the mix to mold or serving bowl and place in refrigerator for 1 hr.

  • Serve chill with fresh fruits and maple syrup!

VARIATION : Add desired food color if needed. Add more sugar or maple syrup for extra sweetness.

STORAGE : Can store in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
