Energy Bites


Do anyone not like a snack that is sweet, tasty and nutritious. Definitely no! right ? This snack recipe is so easy and fast that you can make in 10 mins. And the taste, can completely cheat kids :)


Servings : 10 pcs



1/2 cup Rolled Oats

1/4 cup pitted Dates

1/4 cup Almonds

1/4 cup Cashews

1/4 cup Raisins (optional)

2 Tsp Coconut Oil


  • Add oats, pitted dates, almonds, cashews and raisins to a food processor. If you don't have a food processor, add all ingredients in small quantities to your blender. And try not to add any liquids.

  • When almost done, add coconut oil and blend for 2 mins.

  • Check if they are staying together, if not, add little more coconut oil and blend. Try not to add more, it may become sticky. And don't worry, you will not taste coconut.

  • Now make them into bite size balls and store in air-tight container. 

  • Can store them in refrigerator for a week and in freezer for a month.

  • Enjoy!
