Lychee Mango Smoothie
Before starting, I know lychee cannot be find easily in USA. I would highly recommend searching in any Asian store, they have them most of the time. When this amazing fruit provides you good amount of Vitamin C, I think it doesn't hurt to look for them in diff stores near by.

Gluten & Refined Sugar Free
1/2 Ripe Mango (frozen works too)
1/2 Ripe Banana
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1/4 cup Cashews
2 Tbsp Almond Milk
Soak cashews in hot water for 10 mins. Then blend them with almond (or milk of choice) till you get smooth texture. Can add dates for sweetness.
Keep the mixture in freezer till you prepare smoothie.
For smoothie, just blend lychees, mango, banana and almond milk together.
Add smoothie to glass and top with first prepared cashew topping. If you are good at piping, try it with this frosting.
Add fruits as topping if needed. I added some blueberries and energy bites (recipe in snacks section).
