Lychee Mango Smoothie

Before starting, I know lychee cannot be find easily in USA. I would highly recommend searching in any Asian store, they have them most of the time.  When this amazing fruit provides you good amount of Vitamin C, I think it doesn't hurt to look for them in diff stores near by.

Gluten & Refined Sugar Free



For Smoothie:

1/2 Ripe Mango (frozen works too)

4-5 Lychees

1/2 Ripe Banana

1/2 cup Almond Milk

For Topping:

1/4 cup Cashews

2 Tbsp Almond Milk


  • Soak cashews in hot water for 10 mins. Then blend them with almond (or milk of choice) till you get smooth texture. Can add dates for sweetness.

  • Keep the mixture in freezer till you prepare smoothie.

  • For smoothie, just blend lychees, mango, banana and almond milk together.

  • Add smoothie to glass and top with first prepared cashew topping. If you are good at piping, try it with this frosting.

  • Add fruits as topping if needed. I added some blueberries and energy bites (recipe in snacks section).
