No-Bake Brownie Bites

No-Bake Brownie Bites

Vegan | Gluten-FREE

Yield : 7-8 Bites


  • 1/2 cup Pitted Dates

  • 1/4 cup Almond meal

  • 2-3 tbsp Coconut Flour

  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder

  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to dough form. Wet your hands and make bite size balls. 

  • Store in refrigerator for a week or in freezer for a month.


  • If no almond meal is available, just grind raw almonds to fine powder and use. 

  • Use walnuts or roasted hazelnuts for added crunch.

  • Perfect for travel and lunch boxes!
