Red Curry Ramen

2 tbsp Cooking Oil

3 Garlic Cloves

1 inch Ginger

1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

2 Green Onion Stems

1/4 cup Shiitake Mushrooms ( chopped )

1 tbsp Red Curry Paste

1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Paste

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper

Gluten Free Noodles


1/2 cup Chopped Red Onions

1/2 cup Spinach


  • In a sauce pan heat oil, add chopped garlic, ginger, green onion and saute for a minute.

  • Add red curry paste, soy sauce, red chilli paste and saute for 2 mins.

  • Add chopped mushrooms, sesame seeds, salt, pepper and saute for 2 mins. Add 2 cups water, close lid and cook for 20 mins on medium flame.

  • In meantime, fry tofu and finely chopped onion with little oil.

  • Boil noodles as instructed on the package. 

  • When everything is ready, add cooked noodles to boiling sauce and serve with fried tofu, onion, steamed spinach and chopped green onion!

VARIATION : Add your favorite toppings like bok choy, broccoli, mock meat.

STORAGE : Store in refrigerator for 2-3 days, serve warm.
