Classic Strawberry Smoothie

2 cups chopped Strawberry

1 ripe Banana

2 tsp Flax Seeds or Chia Seeds

1 cup Almond Milk or any plant milk


  • Add all to a blender and blend till smooth.

  • Serve with fruits or granola.

VARIATION : Add rolled oats for fuller breakfast. 

STORAGE : Better serve immediately or freeze ingredients before blending.
