Keema is normally ground meat and the dish is pretty popular in India. We tried to make the same with vegetables and it turned out great. So, here's the recipe!

In a frying pan, add oil, once oil is hot, add cumin seeds, minced garlic and saute for few seconds.
Now add chopped onions and saute till onions turn golden brown in color.

Add, salt, pepper and garam masala and cook for 2 more minutes. Now add chopped beans, lima beans and cook for 2-3 mins. Stir in between.

When cauliflower is almost cooked, add cilantro and cook for 2 mins on low flame.
Turn off the heat and serve warm! Have with rice or quinoa.
VARIATION : Add any vegetables of choice. Can add mashed tofu for extra protein. Try adding ginger & garlic paste instead of just garlic to improve the taste.
