Vegan Mango Shake

This one is inspired from classic Indian Shake or lassi, in fact we tried vegan version of mango lassi and it turned out very delicious! This is that kind of drink that goes well in any season and any occasion. If you haven't tried it yet, do now!

Do you know, mango leaves are considered medicinal and auspicious in some parts of the world.

Vegan Mango Shake

  • Vegan | Nut-Free | Refined Sugar-Free

Prep Time : 15 mins

Cook Time : none

Total Time : 15 mins

Yield : 2 servings


1/2 cup Soy Yogurt ( any plant yogurt )

1 cup Mango Pulp 

1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup ( any sweetener )

Chia seeds ( optional ) 


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to shake consistency or add to a bowl and whisk.

  • Add 1/4 cup Plant Milk for more runny consistency.

  • Serve chill!

VARIATION : Add banana instead of maple syrup for sweetness ( there will taste change ). If pulp is not available, blend fresh or frozen mango.

STORAGE : Better served fresh or store in freezer for a week.
