Vegan Strawberry Banana Smoothie

You must have tried different smoothie recipes till now and may have love-hate relationship with smoothies. We all have same feeling when it comes to eating raw foods and there is nothing wrong with it! If you are new to smoothies or not a fan of smoothies, try having fresh fruit based smoothies, just like this Vegan Strawberry Banana Smoothie! What you need to make Dairy-Free Strawberry Banana Smoothie?

Ingredients used for this recipe are simple and vegan-friendly. I used fresh strawberry and banana but you can use frozen berries and banana too.

How to make Vegan Strawberry Banana Smoothie?

  • Rinse strawberries in running water before use. Try soaking them in water with 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar before use to get rid of any dust or impurities. Remove tops of strawberries and add to blender.
  • Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend to smooth.
  • Serve fresh as it is or with your favorite toppings like granola, seeds or nuts!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 Banana ripe
  • 1 cup Almond Milk unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds

  • Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend to smooth.

Notes

Variations:
  • Use nut butter of choice to enhance the creaminess of smoothie.
  • Use one apple in place of banana if need to avoid banana.
