Wet Ingredients

Pumpkin Puree

Vegetable Oil
or any neutral cooking oil

Maple Syrup

Instructions
Add all wet ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
Now add dry ingredients to wet and mix till all dry ingredients are well coated.
Transfer granola mixture to a parchemnt lined baking tray and spread evenly.
Bake at 300F for 35 mins, carefully shake the tray in between the bake to avoid burn.
Remove tray from the oven and let cool completely before transferring to an air-tight jar.
Serve as topping on plant-based yogurt or yogurt or smoothie!
