Instructions
Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix. Now add all wet ingredients and mix till both wet and dry ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the mix to a parchment lined baking tray and spread evenly. Bake at 350F for 30 mins. Flip mix with a spatula in between if needed.
Serve on top of oatmeal or yogurt bowls with fresh fruits!
Notes
Add raisins to the mix before or after bake for extra sweetness.
Can store in an air-tight container in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
