Avocado

Banana

Hemp Seeds

Almond Milk
Instructions
Wash baby spinach and add to blender. Peel banana, slice in half and add to blender.
Peel avocado, remove seed and add to blender. Add milk, hemp seeds to blender and blend to smooth.
Serve fresh!
