Healthy and simple to make Nut Free Granola with vegan and gluten-free ingredients!

Sunflower Seeds

Instructions
In a wide mouthed mixing bowl, add rolled oats, sunflower seeds, salt and give a quick mix.
Add olive oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract and mix till all dry ingredients are covered in wet.
Transfer the mix evenly to parchment lined baking tray and bake at 320F for 10 mins.
Remove from oven, give a mix carefully with spatula and bake again at 320F for another 10-13 mins. Be careful not to burn your granola.
Let cool before serve. Serve as topping on plant-based yogurt like soy or on oatmeal or on smoothies!!
Notes
Storage:
can store in an air-tight container on counter top for up to a week and in refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks.
