Add all the ingredients except chocolate chips to a blender and blend smoothly. Add chocolate chips and mix with a spatula.
Line a muffin pan with muffin liners and spray with cooking oil to avoid sticking to parchment ( optional if you want to avoid oil )
Transfer batter equally to muffin tray ( since we are using oats instead of plain flour, there will not be much rise in the muffins, so add 2-3 scoops of batter to each muffin tray section ).
Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips if needed.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 mins. Let cool a bit before serve.
Serve warm!

Storage: Can store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 dyas.
