Instructions
Mix wet and dry ingredients of cupcake base separately and mix together gradually.
Line cupcake pan with cupcake liners and transfer mix to cupcake liners equally.
Bake at 350F or 180C for 20 mins or till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool completely before adding frosting.
To prepare frosting, add vegetable shortening to a bowl and whisk for 3-4 mins. Add icing sugar and whisk till everything combined well.
Add vanilla extract and whisk for a minute. If frosting is too thick, add 1-2 tbsp of coconut milk to get smooth consistency.
For heart shaped decor, melt white chocolate, add food color and transfer to heart shaped mold and let cool for 5 mins. Use as desired.
