Almond Butter Chia Pudding
Creamy and delicious Almond Butter Chia Pudding made with just FOUR ingredients and even more good news is this recipe is Vegan and Gluten-Free!!
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine without any lumps.
Cover with lid and place in refrigerator overnight or at least 30 mins.
Add 2 tbsp more of almond milk or water before serve and mix to get proper pudding consistency. Divide equally between serving bowls and serve as it is or with drizzle of melted chocolate!!
Storage: Can store in an air-tight container in refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. If pudding thickens in refrigerator, add 3 tbsp of almond milk and mix to get pudding consistency back.
