Vegan Pumpkin Chia Seed Pudding

Instructions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add oat milk, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and mix till combined.
Now add chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice to the same bowl and mix till no dry chia seeds are seen.
Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 mins. If you have time, keep it in the refrigerator for 4 hrs to overnight.
Divide between serving bowls and serve with optional toppings like pumpkin seeds, granola, nuts, etc.,
Notes
STORAGE:
Can store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add toppings before serving.
