Ingredients to make Pumpkin Chia Seed Pudding
- Chia Seeds.
- Oat Milk or any milk of choice.
- Pumpkin Puree.
- Pumpkin Pie Spice.
- Maple Syrup.
- Vanilla Extract.

How to make Vegan Pumpkin Chia Seed Pudding
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, add oat milk, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and mix till combined.
- Now add chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice to the same bowl and mix till no dry chia seeds are seen.
- Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for minimum of 30 mins. If you have time, keep in refrigerator for 4 hrs to overnight.
- Divide between serving bowls and serve with optional toppings like pumpkin seeds, granola, nuts, etc.,.
