Warm oatmeal topped with fresh fruits and nut butter is always a morning favorite! Right..? This creamy coconut oatmeal bowl is made using vegan and gluten-free ingredients to make your mornings even fresher and healthier.
Why is oatmeal a better breakfast option over others..?
I know there are different breakfast recipes to start your mornings, then why choose oatmeal over others..? Let’s see some points on why I believe oatmeal is one of the best breakfast recipes!
- Oatmeal is considered healthy when made the right way. By using natural sweeteners over refined sugar and adding nuts or nut butter as toppings will make the oatmeal a nutritious meal. Who wouldn’t love to start their day healthier!
- Very very quick and easy to make! at least over other breakfast recipes. Oatmeal can be considered as a one-pot recipe, right? We just add all ingredients to a saucepan and simmer it for 10 mins, that simple!
- Can make in so many different variations. Oats have no particular taste, they take whatever taste is given to them, which makes them easy to work with different flavors!
- Do we still need more reasons to eat a warm oatmeal bowl in the morning..?
