This vegan microwave oatmeal recipe is the solution!! This recipe requires just 4 ingredients ( which includes water too ) and ready to serve in 2 minutes. Vegan & Gluten-Free!!
What you need to make Microwave Oatmeal..?
As said above, this recipe requires just 4 ingredients and all of them must be already in your pantry. I used fresh fruits as topping for my oatmeal, you can add any other toppings you prefer. Nut butters go very well with warm Oatmeal!
- Old fashioned Rolled Oats
- Soy Milk ( or other plant milks )
- Banana
- Water ( yes, I considered water also as a ingredient here )
How to make Vegan Microwave Oatmeal..?
- In a microwave safe bowl, add banana and mash with a fork, add water, oats and mix well.
- Microwave at high for 1 minute 30 seconds.
- Add soy milk and mix once. Microwave again for 30 seconds.
- Your warm oatmeal is ready to serve!
- Add fresh fruits or nuts or nut butter as topping if preferred.
