Line a baking tray with parchment paper and keep aside.
To a mixing bowl, add flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, sea salt and mix.
To same bowl, add chocolate chunks, lightly crushed pretzels and mix.
Now add wet ingredients like vegetable oil and soy milk to same bowl with dry ingredients and mix everything to get cookie dough consistency.
Transfer equal parts of cookie dough to parchment lined baking tray and bake at 350 F for 10-12 mins. Leave gaps between each cookie before bake, as they expand in size.
Let cookies cool down before serve!
Notes
Storage: Can store in an air-tight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Warm before serve.
Use gluten-free All Purpose Flour for gluten-free version of cookies.
Add whole pretzel on top of each cookie dough before bake for presentation.
