Step by step process to make cookies

  • To a mixing bowl, add flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, sea salt and mix.
  • To same bowl, add chocolate chunks, lightly crushed pretzels and mix.
  • Now add wet ingredients like vegetable oil and soy milk to same bowl with dry ingredients and mix everything to get cookie dough consistency.
  • Transfer equal parts of cookie dough to parchment lined baking tray and bake at 350 F for 10-12 mins.
  • Let cookies cool down before serve!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chunks
  • 1/4 cup Pretzels lightly crushed
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup Soy Milk

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and keep aside.
  • To a mixing bowl, add flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, sea salt and mix.
  • To same bowl, add chocolate chunks, lightly crushed pretzels and mix.
  • Now add wet ingredients like vegetable oil and soy milk to same bowl with dry ingredients and mix everything to get cookie dough consistency.
  • Transfer equal parts of cookie dough to parchment lined baking tray and bake at 350 F for 10-12 mins. Leave gaps between each cookie before bake, as they expand in size.
  • Let cookies cool down before serve!

Notes

Storage: Can store in an air-tight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Warm before serve.
  • Use gluten-free All Purpose Flour for gluten-free version of cookies.
  • Add whole pretzel on top of each cookie dough before bake for presentation.
