Ingredients to make Vegan Pretzel Chocolate Chunk Cookies

- All Purpose Flour, get gluten-free flour if needed.
- Brown Sugar
- White Sugar
- Dark Chocolate Chunks or chips
- Mini Salted Pretzels, gluten-free pretzels
- Sea Salt
- Baking Powder
- Vegetable Oil
- Soy Milk
Note: If you are sensitive to gluten, please make sure to double check all the ingredients before eating or serving. For some gluten intolerance can be deadly.

Step by step process to make cookies
- To a mixing bowl, add flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, sea salt and mix.
- To same bowl, add chocolate chunks, lightly crushed pretzels and mix.
- Now add wet ingredients like vegetable oil and soy milk to same bowl with dry ingredients and mix everything to get cookie dough consistency.
- Transfer equal parts of cookie dough to parchment lined baking tray and bake at 350 F for 10-12 mins.
- Let cookies cool down before serve!

Pretzel Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chunks
- 1/4 cup Pretzels lightly crushed
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup Soy Milk
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and keep aside.
- To a mixing bowl, add flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, sea salt and mix.
- To same bowl, add chocolate chunks, lightly crushed pretzels and mix.
- Now add wet ingredients like vegetable oil and soy milk to same bowl with dry ingredients and mix everything to get cookie dough consistency.
- Transfer equal parts of cookie dough to parchment lined baking tray and bake at 350 F for 10-12 mins. Leave gaps between each cookie before bake, as they expand in size.
- Let cookies cool down before serve!
Notes
- Use gluten-free All Purpose Flour for gluten-free version of cookies.
- Add whole pretzel on top of each cookie dough before bake for presentation.
