What you need to make Beetroot Detox Smoothie?
I used fresh ingredients for this recipe but frozen vegetables or fruits work too. Made this recipe with just 3-ingredients to make it simple and easy for busy mornings, add nuts or seeds of choice if preferred. I personally prefer adding chia seeds or flax seeds meal or soaked almonds.
- Beetroot
- Strawberries
- Water or Almond Milk
How to make Beetroot Smoothie?
- Cooked beetroot is better for gut over raw, boil washed beetroot in a pot for 10 mins on medium flame, peel the skin and chop to cubes.
- Add beetroot, strawberries, water to a blender and blend smooth.
- Transfer to a glass and serve!
