Cinnamon Sugar Donuts
Ingredients
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Flaxseed Meal
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
Cinnamon Sugar
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls and mix together well.
- Add mix to 3/4th of the donut tray equally and bake at 350F or 180C for 15 mins.
- Let donuts cool down completely and dust with cinnamon sugar.
- Better serve immediately or store in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
- For cinnamon sugar, mix sugar and cinnamon together or use store bought one.
