- Rolled Oats
- Buckwheat Grouts ( or puffed quinoa or rice )
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Sliced Almonds
- Salt
- Ground Cinnamon

Pumpkin Granola
Easy to make healthy Fall Breakfast Recipe with nuts and seeds.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1/4 cup Buckwheat Groats
- 1/2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Raisins optional
Instructions
- Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix. Now add all wet ingredients and mix till both wet and dry ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mix to a parchment lined baking tray and spread evenly. Bake at 350F for 30 mins. Flip mix with a spatula in between if needed.
- Serve on top of oatmeal or yogurt bowls with fresh fruits!
Notes
- Add raisins to the mix before or after bake for extra sweetness.
- Can store in an air-tight container in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
