Perfect fall breakfast recipe that is easy to make with simple ingredients and recipe steps. This is a small-batch granola recipe, double the number of ingredients if needed.
Ingredients to make Pumpkin Spice Granola
- Rolled Oats, gluten-free.
- Pumpkin Spice Mix, homemade recipe here.
- Salt.
- Pumpkin Puree.
- Neutral Cooking Oil, vegetable oil.
- Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar.
- Vanilla Extract.
- Walnuts or Peacans.
- Pumpkin Seeds/Pepitas.
*If you have gluten intolerance, PLEASE double-check the ingredients before use.
How to make Healthy Pumpkin Spice Granola
- Add all wet ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
- Now add dry ingredients to wet and mix till all dry ingredients are well coated.
- Transfer the granola mixture to a parchment-lined baking tray and spread evenly.
- Bake at 300F for 35 mins, carefully shake the tray in between the bake to avoid burn.
- Remove tray from the oven and let cool completely before transferring to an air-tight jar.
- Serve as topping on plant-based yogurt or yogurt or smoothie!
Tip: Keep oven temperature low at 300-315F for even bake of granola and to avoid burnt granola.

- 1/2 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Mix
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Walnuts or Pecans
- 1/3 cup Pumpkin Seeds
Wet Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil or any neutral cooking oil
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
