Tabbouleh Quinoa SaladCourse: SaladsDifficulty: Easy
1 bunch of Parsley
4 Mint Leaves
2 Roma Tomatoes
1/2 Red Onion
1/4 cup cooked Quinoa
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt or as needed
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Olive Oil
- To a mixing bowl add finely chopped Parsley, Tomatoes, Onion, Mint and mix well. To same bowl add cooked quinoa, cumin seed powder, salt, pepper and mix.
- Add lemon juice & olive oil before serve and mix everything together.
- Serve as it is as a salad or as a side!
- Add seasoned croutons to add extra crunch.
