Simple to make Vegan Mango Mousse that melts in the mouth with just 3-ingredients and ready in an hour! This recipe is gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and has a decadent mango flavor.

Ingredients to make Vegan Mango Mousse
- Coconut Cream. If you cannot find coconut cream, get a full-fat coconut milk can and place it in the refrigerator overnight, a thick layer will be formed and that is coconut cream )
- Ripe Mango, ( or pre-made mango pulp, I recommend this, if using pre-made, skip maple syrup )
- Maple Syrup. Can use any other sweetener of choice like regular sugar, agave syrup, simple syrup, etc. If you want it refined-sugar-free, use maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener.
Tips to use Coconut Cream
- Make sure you are using a full-fat coconut milk can ( not a carton ) to get cream on top. Lite Coconut Milk will not have cream and cannot be used for this recipe.
- Keep your coconut cream chilled before use. Runny Cream will not whip and we cannot use it to make the mousse.
- Into vegan desserts ? or on a dairy-free diet ? have a can or two of coconut milk in the refrigerator all the time, it works great in all vegan recipes!

The process to make Vegan Mango Mousse
- Peel ripe mango, discard the seed and dice roughly. Transfer to a blender, add maple syrup, and blend smoothly. Keep it aside.
- If using pre-made mango puree, skip the above step.
- Add coconut cream to a bowl and whip for 3-5 mins on medium speed. Now add blended mango puree to the same bowl and whip for 2-3 mins or till mango and coconut mix well.
- Transfer mousse to serving bowls and refrigerate for one hour.
- Garnish with fresh fruit before serving!
