- Frozen Banana.
- Almond Milk or any plant-based milk.
- Peanut Butter.
- Cacao Powder.
- Coconut Sugar or sweetener of choice.
- Vanilla Extract.

- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend smoothly.

Tips to get extra thick Smoothie Bowl or Nice Cream Bowl:
- Use frozen bananas, peel, chop and freeze bananas overnight for use in nice cream or smoothie bowl to get that thick smoothie consistency.
- Add less liquids to the smoothie, it needs a little liquid like water or milk to help in blending, but do not add more.
- Can use Ice to improve the consistency, but careful not to add too much as it dilutes the taste of smoothie.

This was delicious!! My kids and I loved it. I used Ghirardelli cocoa powder. I also added a half scoop of chocolate Vega Protein and Greens. It was rich and very smooth!
