  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend smoothly.
  • Serve immediately with desired toppings like melted chocolate, coconut flakes, roasted nuts, etc.

Tips to get extra thick Smoothie Bowl or Nice Cream Bowl:

  • Use frozen bananas, peel, chop and freeze bananas overnight for use in nice cream or smoothie bowl to get that thick smoothie consistency.
  • Add less liquids to the smoothie, it needs a little liquid like water or milk to help in blending, but do not add more.
  • Can use Ice to improve the consistency, but careful not to add too much as it dilutes the taste of smoothie.

    This was delicious!! My kids and I loved it. I used Ghirardelli cocoa powder. I also added a half scoop of chocolate Vega Protein and Greens. It was rich and very smooth!
