Crispy and tasty Roasted Cauliflower that is easy-to-make and definitely a crowd-pleaser. And a very versatile dish that can be consumed in many ways, like a snack, topping on soup, stuffing in a burrito, etc.
Ingredients to make oven Roasted Cauliflower
- Cauliflower.
- Bread Crumbs.
- Chickpea Flour or Corn Flour.
- Red Chili Powder or Paprika.
- Salt.
- Garlic Powder or Garlic Cloves.
- Nutritional Yeast ( grated Parmesan if not vegan ).
- Olive Oil or any Cooking Oil.
Ingredients used for this recipe are quite basic, level up the flavorings if you prefer. One simple addition could be adding some herb mix or fresh herbs.
How to make Healthy Roasted Cauliflower
- Remove leaves of cauliflower, chop the base as much as possible, separate florets, and add to a large mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix till all florets are well coated.
- Transfer to a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 20 mins at 350 F. Flip once using a spatula and bake for another 20 mins at 350 F.
- Serve hot with vegan mayonnaise or serve as it is!

This cauliflower is more’ish – the more we ate, the more we wanted. Lightly crispy, full of flavor – totally addictive. There was plenty of seasoning mix left over to use on more veggies. Thanks for this keeper!
